The mission of the Clarion University ResNet Support Center is to provide a single point of contact for students experiencing problems with ResNet services, personal computer systems and on-campus computer connectivity.
This service is reserved for students living in an on-campus residence hall.
The ResNet Support Center is located in the main lobby of Givan Hall. The center is staffed with trained individuals and provides support for Internet, Telephone and Cable TV services in Clarion University's residence halls as well as diagnostic and light repair* services for personal computers and peripheral devices.
Students seeking help will be required to bring their computer to the ResNet Support Center. The ResNet Support Center is open between the hours of 1:00 pm. and 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday when classes are in session.
*If the Support Center determines that a student's computer requires hardware repair or re-installation of the operating system, then the student will receive a diagnostic report and will be referred to a local computer repair provider.
Note: If you have a Desktop computer we will ONLY need the computer itself. Meaning NO monitor, mouse, keyboard, cables, etc. For laptops, make sure you have the power supply.
