A: Yes, you can forward Eagle Mail to another e-mail account, however, it is not recommended. If you forward your Eagle Mail messages to another e-mail account, official university faculty/staff e-mails may get caught and eliminated by the spam filters used by the receiving account. If you do elect to forward your Eagle Mail, note also that the e-mail will not be stored in your Outlook Live Sent Items folder. To forward your Eagle Mail to another e-mail account, log into Eagle Mail, select Options, Select Organize E-mail and Select Inbox Rules. A: Deleted messages are moved to the Deleted Items folder for up to 14 days. To recover a message, go to the Navigation Pane in Outlook Live, right-click the Deleted Items folder, select Recover Deleted Items, and select the time you want to recover. Messages older than 14 days cannot be recovered. Q: Does Eagle Mail retain copies of the messages that I send?
A: Yes, when you use the Outlook Live web interface with Eagle Mail. Copies of any messages that you send are automatically kept in your Sent Items folder. These messages do count against your 10GB quota. You can delete messages from the Sent Items folder as desired.
Q: How do I delete my messages in my "DELETED ITEMS" folder?
