Solution:
1. From the Safari menu, make sure Block Pop-Up Windows is unchecked.
2. Shut Safari browser windows down
3. Open Safari again and you should now see pop-ups.
**Note: Once you are finished using the online system, you can go back into the
above window again to turn on the pop-up blocker again - if you wish.
