An appointment is necessary for Fall 2013 program auditions. Times will be announced soon and a signup sheet will on the call board in Marwick-Boyd between rooms 163 and 164.
Actors will prepare two memorized monologues of three minutes each, one light in nature, the other serious. One selection should be a play written prior to 1800 with some element of style. Shakespeare is preferred. Non-dramatic material such as letters, poems and novels, as well as original material are not acceptable. Plot explanation is not necessary.
Candidates for Musical Theatre must sing a selection from the musical theatre repertory and make arrangements for a dance evaluation.
Candidates for the Design program will submit a portfolio of their work in the theatre and related areas.
