More than 100 early childhood practitioners attended the sixth annual Learning Today, Teaching Tomorrow conference April 5 on the Clarion University campus. 

Participants attended sessions led by Clarion University faculty and additional early childhood professionals, along with the assistance of several Clarion University early childhood majors. Child care providers from multiple counties including Allegheny, Butler, Center, Clarion, Clearfield, Lawrence and Venango attend the event each year.

The conference is sponsored by the Penn State Extension, Northwest Regional Key and Clarion University. The keynote speaker was Dr. Tracy Bartel, assistant professor of education from Chatham University.
