Student Organizations

The College of Business Administration supports the following student clubs and organizations:

  • Clarion University Student Veteran's Association

Why join the clubs?

  • Leadership.
Business are looking for leadership. Participating in the clubs and becoming an officer in one or more clubs provides you an opportunity to showcase your leadership abilities. Participation in these professional organizations separates your resume from those who choose not to participate.

  • Information.
Our clubs provide an avenue for career exploration. You may visit the club meetings, listen to the speakers and get a better sense of the careers in a given field of study.

  • Community Support.
Our clubs support many different community outreach programs. Accounting students gain practical tax preparation experience by helping families prepare their annual income tax forms. Students send care packages to soldiers deployed overseas. Clubs sponsor university wide speakers to raise community awareness on timely issues such as the crisis in Darfur.

  • Competition.
Our student clubs compete and win in national competitions. Our Society for the Advancement of Management was recognized as the number 1 program in the country for mid-sized schools in 2002, 2003, 2004, & 2007!

  • FUN!
Our student clubs and organizations travel! New York, Las Vegas, New Orleans, Orlando, Hawaii. Our student clubs travel to professional conferences. They meet with highly placed, successful Clarion University business graduates on Wall Street. They go to trade shows and expos to learn more about various market segments.
