Clarion Shares Folder
Clarion Team Shares is a feature of the Clarion computing environment to provide a single location on your desktop to access network files that are shared with others via the Clarion Team Shares service. Under this model, the "Clarion Shares" desktop folder provides access to team-based shared network disk space. If you are a member of a team with Clarion Team Shares network space, the "Clarion Shares" folder will appear on your desktop automatically. Links to your shared team spaces are automatically created and removed when you login with your MyClarion account based on your current team group membership. Note that this is available only on Clarion University owned computers running Windows 7 (or higher) and managed by Computing Services; provisions are also available to access Clarion Shares from university-owned Apple computers.

A: Go to My Documents and then right-click on the file you want to copy and choose Copy. Now go to your Desktop, then Clarion Shares and then the Clarion Team Shares network folder where you'd like to copy the file. Right-click and choose Paste.
