Budgeting and Accounting

Welcome to the Finance & Administration Division website. Finance & Administration seeks to provides quality, cost-effective finance and business support services for the University community.

The Division provides services in areas such as finance, accounting, budgeting, accounts payable, facilities planning, construction, human resources, public safety, purchasing, contracting, emergency preparedness, and administrative support. We provide leadership and support in the development of multi-year budgets to align with strategic plan elements in order to position Clarion for growth in the coming years.

In addition to the Office of the Vice President, the Division is made up of six departments:

  • Public Safety/Campus Police

  • Purchasing & Contracts

Office of Emergency Management


The Office of Emergency Management works to develop plans and offer training for action taken during and after an emergency.

Facilities Planning & Management


The Facilities Planning Department is responsible for all major construction, maintenance and repair contracts performed at Clarion and Venango Campuses.

Public Safety


The campus police provide law enforcement and security services on university owned property. The department's sworn police officers have all received police training and regularly attend in-service training. Uniformed officers patrol the campus 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
