B.S.B.A. Human Resource Management

Human Resource Management works to establish the terms and conditions of employment and the employer-employee relationship. It also establishes the rules for interaction at the workplace and in society. Interest in HRM has increased significantly over the years, due in part to the growth of government legislation and regulation. Private and public employers' growing awareness of employee rights and needs also has had a great impact on the field. This program is offered only at the Clarion campus.
