In compliance with federal, state, and local fire-safety regulations and to insure reasonable comfort for all who attend Commencement, admission to the ceremony will be by ticket only. Each graduate who is participating in commencement will be issued 8 tickets for guests. Tickets will not be issued to graduates who are not participating in the ceremony. Tickets may be picked up in the Registrar's Office 148 Becht Hall , between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, beginning Monday, November 26th. Photo I.D. is required. This will also be the earliest date tickets are mailed out.
Marwick Boyd has auditorium style seating. There are a limited number of seats for family members who have wheelchairs and seating may not be available near other family members. Additional seating for these family members is also available in our overflow seating area in the Gemmell Student Center Multi-Purpose Room where the ceremony will be live-streamed. The overflow area does not require a ticket.
Degree candidates who are unable to personally obtain their tickets may complete the following online form: Graduation Response Form to have your tickets mailed or to notify us that you are not attending the ceremony. If you prefer, you can contact the Registrar's Office at +1 814 393 2232 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Deadline to have your tickets mailed is Thursday, December 6th. You may also pick up your tickets at rehearsal or have them held for pick up at the ceremony.
