The UPS Store in DuBois, Pennsylvania was built to help small businesses by offering various services at this one-stop shop. The UPS Store does more than just pack and ship items. When The UPS Store packs items it offers a 100% guarantee that if the package is lost or damaged it will be replaced at the full replacement value.

The UPS Store is also a full print shop including high quality digital printing and copying of flyers, business cards, banners, and more. It also offers notary services, passport photos, sells stamps, ships via the US Postal Service, and provides mailbox services with a real street address.

Additionally The UPS Store offers freight services by assisting customers with moving needs both big and small. They have the ability to simply pick up customer’s pallets and deliver them to the customer’s new location as well as being a full service moving a company when businesses change locations.

Dale and Debbie Tozer saw growth potential in The UPS Store concept. The Tozer’s opened The UPS Store in September 2016 after proceeding through the business planning process and personally investing almost $200,000. Since opening, this veteran owned business has seen its sales triple in just one year.

Dale and Debbie worked with the Clarion University SBDC for business planning and business searches. The business planning helped the Tozer’s determine the feasibility of this project. The UPS Store has found the business to business searches to be beneficial for targeting local businesses in the area and increasing sales. Mr. Tozer has also used the SBDC for QuickBooks training. The SBDC has been available to answer business related questions as they arise. Dale also has also attended many training seminars provided by the Clarion University SBDC.
