Microtel Opens at Trinity Point

Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham held its grand opening on April 19, 2017. Trinity Point at Monroe is an aspiring business hub for Clarion, the location is well suited for the leisure traveler making Trinity Point a great location to house the Microtel.  Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham is their new prototype construction brand within the economy hotel segment. According to J.D. Power, Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham had the highest 2016 Customer Satisfaction Index Ranking.  

The hotel is situated at an ideal location just south of Interstate 80 at Exit 62, at 121 North Point Drive. The 68-room hotel offers a free breakfast, Wi-Fi, fitness center, business center, laundry facility, meeting room, bus/truck parking, and is a non-smoking facility. The hotel now provides 14 jobs including 7-full time and 7-part time and is looking to add to its team.

Project funding of $6.5 million was secured through private investments and a commercial loan from CBT Bank. Leading the project was Timothy Reddinger, President, Pinnacle Resource Management, Inc. developer of the project who managed financing, site development, building construction, and hotel operation. The project broke ground in June 2016 and was completed on schedule and on budget, March 29, 2017. Additional hotel amenities are coming soon such as electric car charging stations, RV, bus or truck electrical plug-in and the “Patio” an open-air pavilion and outdoor bar seating with enclosure for year round use by guests.
