Facilities Planning & Management

The Facilities Planning Department is responsible for all major construction, maintenance and repair contracts performed at Clarion and Venango Campuses.
In 2012, PennWest Clarion engaged Perkins Eastman to conduct a Facilities Master Plan of the University’s two campuses and respective facilities. This process was initiated in Fall, 2012 and concluded in Spring, 2014. The plan establishes a thorough understanding of the University’s existing and projected academic, facility, community and cultural needs, and provides a flexible structure for improvements that align capital capacities with PennWest Clarion’s goals and needs.
