B.S. Integrative Studies: Paralegal

The Bachelor of Science in integrative studies, paralegal, is a paralegal program offered from an arts and sciences perspective. It is approved by the American Bar Association and is offered for those students who prefer a legal career not centered in the business world. All of our law classes are taught by experienced attorneys who practice what they are teaching. In keeping with American Bar Association requirements, no fewer than nine legal specialty credits out of the 120 credit total must be taken synchronously, either face-to-face or multi-modal via zoom or other platforms. This program is available on campus or online.

B.S.B.A. Paralegal Studies

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in paralegal studies is a unique and highly marketable paralegal business degree. Law practice is a business, and firms need individuals with expertise in the business field to manage their operations and their paralegal staff. Graduates of the B.S.B.A. paralegal studies program develop expertise in the business field and also become paralegals. The program is accredited by the most elite business organization, Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International, and the most elite paralegal approval organization, the American Bar Association. In keeping with American Bar Association requirements, no fewer than nine legal specialty credits out of the 120 credit total must be taken synchronously, either face-to-face or multi-modal via zoom or other platforms. Certificates And Certifications

Advanced Paralegal Studies Certificate

The advanced paralegal studies certificate will result in certification as a paralegal. The certificate is open to students who have completed a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education, have completed at least 60 credits from a regionally accredited institution of higher education, or are currently enrolled at Clarion University of Pennsylvania in a bachelor’s program. The certificate is a 24-credit program that can be easily completed as part of a student’s current studies or used as a post-baccalaureate certificate. This certificate will allow graduates to be employed as paralegals. This program is available on campus or online.
