Clarion University Libraries are conducting a university-wide survey to get feedback on user perceptions of the quality of services (appropriate resources for research needs, technology/equipment that meets their needs, study spaces, friendly and reliable assistance, online presence useful to distance learners, etc.).
This survey will:
Help Clarion University Libraries better understand how the Clarion University community rates library services.
Allow us to compare Clarion University results against other libraries participating in the survey to determine best practices.
Let us know where we can concentrate service improvements for Clarion University users.
Participation is voluntary and responses will be kept confidential. Participants must be 18 years old or older and a student, faculty or staff member of Clarion University. To participate, go to www.clarion.edu/libqual.
Clarion University is the high-achieving, nationally recognized, comprehensive university that delivers a personal and challenging academic experience.
