The members of SPSEA, Kappa Delta Pi, and SCEC invite students, faculty and staff to meet Ryan Devlin, Pennsylvania’s 2013 “Teacher of the Year,” at 7 p.m. March 11 in Gemmell MPR. Devlin teaches English and technology at Brockway Area High School. It is encouraged that students bring their iPads or smartphones to the presentation.
