Our core central systems operate 24 x 7 except for the following dates/times:
- Standard Weekly System Maintenance:
- Every Friday 04:30AM - 07:30AM
- During the weekly maintenance window, central systems may be unavailable due to standard hardware and software maintenance
- Routine Backups (iClarion Portal only)
- Daily 3:30AM - 4:00AM
- Scheduled Downtime:
- No additional downtime is currently scheduled.
Desire2Learn (D2L) and Clarion Information Systems
Our information systems are available as follows:
- MyClarion (new student information system)
- 24 x 7 except for weekly maintenance Tuesday and Friday from 4:30AM - 7:30AM
- 24 x 7 except for weekly maintenance Tuesday and Friday from 4:30AM - 7:30AM
- Desire2Learn
- 24 x 7 except for monthly maintenance on the 2nd Sunday of every month from 1AM to 7AM.
- SAP Finance and Human Resources
- 24 x 7 except for weekly maintenance Friday 8PM - Saturday 8AM
- Alumni Development and Finance Systems (Blackbaud)
- Daily 5:00AM - 11:00PM
- Scheduled Downtime:
- No additional downtime is currently scheduled.
Help Desk and Computer Operations
- Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 4:30PM
- Note: As part of our arrangement with Desire2lLearn (D2L), D2L Help Desk services are available 24 x 7 to provide additional help for D2L and related support questions. See the "D2L Help" link at www.clarion.edu/d2l/ for full details.

- Monday through Friday 08:30AM - 04:30PM
