Students at Clarion University have the opportunity to study abroad in all continents of the world. For instance, Tia Younginger, ex-president of the organization had the opportunity to to study abroad in Valparaiso, Chile. She spent four months discovering the Chilean culture and Spanish language. The Study Aboard Club organizes panels on global topics regularly. The Club held a presentation in November 2009 to discuss the vital issue of poverty around the world. Click here is read an article written by The Clarion Call that discusses this very issue.
