The Department of Communication, housed in Becker Hall and Marwick-Boyd, features outstanding media facilities and equipment. Here, you will find expansive television facilities including a large studio and control room with portable and remote capability.
Digital video editing suites, along with a large digital video lab, provide opportunities for students in classes, and those working in the student-operated television studio (CU-TV), to produce and edit video. The department also houses high-definition television and film production equipment.
Audio production facilities are available at WCUC-FM The Clutch, the university's student-operated FM radio station (WCUC FM91.7).
Modern multimedia and publication design studios also are available, giving you the opportunity to work with the most current software.
