Faculty Senate advises the university leadership on matters relating to administrative hires, committee appointments, faculty affairs, student affairs, institutional resources and academic standards. This governing body also has a say in curricular changes and proposals.
Through professional development opportunities and technological resources, the Learning and Technology Center provides support for faculty interested in integrating technology into their teaching and research. The LTC is a unit of the Center for Computing Services.
The Office of Faculty Research Development provides support to faculty and staff seeking grants. This includes technical assistance for grant development, and oversight for adherence to university and agency policies and procedures.
