Clarion University’s Online Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Real
Estate ranks second in the nation.
Two separate ranking organizations gave Clarion this distinction including the Best Schools and Best College Reviews. Clarion University was the only Pennsylvania university or college to make either list.
"We selected the degree programs based on the quality of program and range of courses provided, as well as school awards, rankings and reputation," the Best Schools stated on its website.
College Reviews has its own methodology for comprising its list, but the results were the same.
"After a comprehensive web search, our editors identified 10 accredited online bachelor's degree real estate offerings in the U.S. To compile our ranking, we consulted College Navigator for tuition information and visited each program's website to apply the rating and ranking methodology above. The result is the following list of the best value online bachelor's degree programs in real estate. Please note that in cases of a tie, the more economical school appears higher in the ranking," College Reviews stated on its website.
The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Real Estate prepares students
for careers in real estate brokerage, appraisal, development, finance, investment
analysis, and property management. The real estate program with the legal business
studies concentration prepares students for law school. This program combines field
projects and hands-on experiences with the community giving students an opportunity
to apply classroom theory. Students completing this major will satisfy the educational
requirements for licensure for the salesperson's and broker's licenses in Pennsylvania.
