CU’s online Masters in Business Administration in accounting ranks fourth

Best Accredited CollegesClarion University’s online Masters in Business Administration in accounting is ranked fourth in the nation.

Best Accredited Colleges gave Clarion this ranking, which included 26 colleges and universities in its list. The rankings were decided based upon tuition, acceptance rates, graduation rates, financial aid, placement services, career services and the acceptance of other types of credits in the program.

Clarion's Master of Science in accounting degree prepares students for careers in corporate and public accounting as well as satisfying the education requirements to sit for the CPA exam and then receive the CPA certificate in almost any state. The program can be completed in one year for full-time students or over a longer period of time for those who want to attend part-time.

"We create our guides and school rankings with student education in mind, and this list will help our readers and your potential students learn about Clarion University of Pennsylvania's excellent offerings. We considered hundreds of institutions across the country and ranked Clarion University of Pennsylvania using data around financial aid awards, the quality of education, faculty, campus resources, and more," Best Accredited Colleges announced in a letter to Clarion University.

In addition to the fourth-place ranking, Best Accredited Colleges also ranked Clarion No. 36 for the Best Online MBA programs.

The pre-professional Master of Business Administration program is a cooperation of the College of Arts, Education and Sciences and the College of Business Administration and Information Sciences. The pre-professional M.B.A. program is at the baccalaureate level and provides the basic courses needed for further graduate training for business careers.
