Lunch — 10:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Monday-Friday
Dinner — 4 p.m.–8 p.m. Sunday-Thursday
Dinner — 4 p.m.–7 p.m. Friday and Saturday
Brunch — 10 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday

Eagle Commons is currently operating out of the center island only. We still offer a wide variety of stations. Breakfast consists of a hot bar of traditional breakfast items including scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, turkey bacon, French toast or pancakes, and a specialty sandwich or wrap. The cold bar offers yogurt, fruit, and breakfast pastries. Lunch and dinner stations include:
Commons Choice: This station now houses Italian Avenue dishes such as pizzas and pasta bakes.
Clarion Kitchen: Clarion Kitchen offers student favorites such as the fried chicken bowl, stir fry, and more! There is always something new and different here for students to try!
The Grill: The Grill offers traditional burgers and grilled chicken every day along with veggie burgers and a specialty sandwich and fries.
Avoiding Gluten: The Avoiding Gluten station offers meals specifically made and prepared for those who are avoiding gluten. Each menu item at this station is prepared in a special area in the kitchen where it will not contact any item that does contain gluten. If you have other special dietary restrictions, please see a manager and we will be happy to prepare a dish designed around your needs.
Vegan: The vegan station offers a hot vegan entrée every day for lunch and dinner. Our culinary staff has been trained by the Humane Society of the United States on vegan cooking and takes proper measures to ensure food safety.
Also Available: We will always have a selection of our popular homemade desserts, soup, and salad every day.
