Minor in Leadership

The minor in leadership is an interdisciplinary approach with courses taken in sociology, ethics, management, communication and political science. Students are able to design the 18-credit program to fit their specific needs by choosing from an emphasis on individuals, groups or organizations. Through the courses offered in this program, students will gain a better understanding of the roles the individual, group and organization play in a leadership setting. Once a student completes their minor in leadership, they will have a better understanding of leadership in society today. The minor is housed in the College of Business Administration but is open to students in all majors. This minor is offered at the Clarion campus.
