A: Yes, you can forward Eagle Mail to another e-mail account, however, it is not recommended. If you forward your Eagle Mail messages to another e-mail account, official university faculty/staff e-mails may get caught and eliminated by the spam filters used by the receiving account. To recover a message, go to the Navigation Pane in Outlook Live, right-click the Deleted Items folder, select Recover Deleted Items, and select the time you want to recover. Messages older than 14 days cannot be recovered.
