Clarion University Alumni Association Leadership Awards Criteria
Statement of Purpose for the Awards:
The Clarion University Alumni Association is dedicated to supporting the university
community through fostering relationships between current and past students. The Alumni
Association, through the Clarion University Foundation, Inc., has available Leadership
Awards for undergraduate students for the academic year.
Special consideration will be given to children and grandchildren of Clarion University
alumni, as well as members of the Eagle Ambassador student alumni group. Scholarships
are awarded in the form of a tuition credit academic or partial year.
Statement of Eligibility:
The Scholarship and Leadership Awards are open to full-time undergraduate students
who will have completed at least 16 credit hours at Clarion University prior to the
academic year.

Applications are available through the common scholarship application on the Scholarship

Applications must be received by the application deadline specified by the Scholarships
Office.

The CUAA Scholarship & Leadership Awards tuition credit disbursement will be managed by The Clarion University Foundation.
The selection criteria includes:
- Academic performance
- Financial need
- Letters of recommendation
- Involvement in alumni related activities
