Fall 2022 Update.....

Fall 2022 Book Vouchers have uploaded to student accounts if a Fall 2022 FAFSA was completed.  Contact studentaccounts@pennwest.edu with questions.

Book Vouchers will expire by end of day September 1, 2022.  Charges will post to student accounts September 2, 2022.

Book vouchers will be available for qualified students through the drop/add period of current Semester or until the student financial aid is processed.  In order to utilize the book voucher, you must complete a PennWest University Book Voucher Authorization Form and submit it to Student Accounts via email at studentaccounts@pennwest.edu.

1. Students need to be enrolled at any PennWest University location and must qualify to receive financial aid.

2. The voucher will be automatically paid from any excess federal, state, institutional, or private financial aid.  A Book Voucher is not a scholarship or award, it is an advance of your estimated financial aid.

Adjustments to your student account could affect amount of aid available before financial aid is posted to your student account.  If a student does not have sufficient financial aid to cover the book voucher (maximum amount of $500), then the student must find other means of covering cost of textbooks or find other means of purchasing textbooks.  Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

3. Students must complete and sign the Book Voucher Authorization Form.  Please Note: The fillable form must be opened in either Firefox or Edge to use the signature portions and sign digitally.  The form can be accessed online "here" when the vouchers are available.  The form, along with a copy of the students Clarion University ID card or state-issued driver’s license, must be emailed to Student Financial Services at studentaccounts@pennwest.edu.

4. Unpaid voucher balances are subject to the university’s late fees and registration holds.

If you have any questions, please contact Student Accounts at studentaccounts@pennwest.edu.
