MASTER OF SCIENCE IN SPECIAL EDUCATION
Clarion University’s Department of Special Education is offering a completely online program that leads to a Master of Science in Special Education degree. The 33-credit program is designed for individuals who already hold special education certification and wish to expand their knowledge of the field.

Online Instruction Endorsement
Students, parents and local education agencies are selecting alternate options for student learning. Clarion’s online instruction endorsement program will provide educators with essential tools to engage students in online learning environments. The program is approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Successful candidates will receive the Online Instruction Program PK-12 Endorsement from PDE.
Add a 12-credit endorsement to an existing level I or level II teaching certificate.
